This page is maintained by TalentLoop to describe the rules for using the marketplace. By accessing TalentLoop you agree to these terms.

1. The marketplace

TalentLoop connects clients with independent professionals. We are not a party to any service contract between them; we provide the platform, scheduling, messaging, and payment-receipt tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Professional listings

Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, qualifications, and the services they deliver. Misleading listings may be removed.

4. Bookings and payments

Clients book directly with professionals. Payment status, cancellations, and refunds are agreed between client and professional. TalentLoop generates receipts for completed transactions.

5. Conduct

No harassment, fraud, illegal services, or content that violates third-party rights. Accounts may be suspended for violations.

6. Disputes

Disputes between clients and professionals are resolved between the parties. TalentLoop may, but is not required to, assist in mediating.

7. Termination

You may stop using TalentLoop at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
